1. About Us

Boxtobloom is a manufacturer of premium round paperboard gift boxes, designed and produced in California, USA. 

2. Use of Our Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse any content, images, or product designs without permission.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and sizes accurately; however, slight variations in color (due to screen display) and size (due to our handcrafted production process) may occur and are not considered defects.
  • Boxes are 70–80% handmade; minor size variations between units are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you will be refunded in full.
  • Custom and personalized orders require accurate information from the buyer at checkout; we are not responsible for errors in personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

5. Free Samples

Sample requests are limited to [1 sample per customer / one per business]. Samples are provided free of charge; the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Samples are intended to evaluate product quality and are not for resale.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary by location and order size.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities (where applicable), and lead times are provided upon request and may be subject to a separate wholesale agreement. Standard retail terms on this page apply unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to product photography, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Boxtobloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxtobloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
