We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Because our boxes are handcrafted, slight variations in size are part of the process and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
