Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Box to Bloom. We carefully pack each order to help protect your round gift boxes during transit.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or for larger orders. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. For special requests or bulk orders, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the packed size and shipping weight of your order.
Because our round gift boxes are lightweight but bulky, shipping cost is based not only on product weight, but also on the size of the shipping carton. Larger and deeper boxes may have higher shipping costs due to carrier dimensional-weight pricing.
Product Quantity and Shipping
Our boxes are sold in sets. For example:

Quantity 1 of a Set of 6 = 6 boxes

Quantity 2 of a Set of 6 = 12 boxes

Quantity 4 of a Set of 6 = 24 boxes
Larger quantities may require larger cartons or multiple shipping boxes. Shipping costs will adjust at checkout based on the total order size.
Oversized Items
Some larger products, especially deep or oversized round box sets, may require oversized shipping cartons. These items may have higher shipping costs and may ship separately from smaller items in the same order.
For large-volume orders, wholesale orders, or orders that require multiple cartons, we may contact you if shipping needs to be adjusted or confirmed before fulfillment.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using standard parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size, destination, and available service options.
The carrier used for your order may vary based on the most suitable shipping option for your package.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
Typical delivery time after shipment is approximately 2–7 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside of our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Box to Bloom is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Damaged Packages
We carefully pack each order, but damage can occasionally happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and help determine the next step.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will help review the situation.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option at checkout. Pickup orders must be confirmed before arrival.
